HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
For products purchased from www.l1premiumouterwear.com
Step 1 – Complete the online form (HYPERLINK “online form” TO WARRANTY SUBMISSION FORM WHEN ONLINE)
Step 2 – Our customer service team will check your claim. If approved, we’ll confirm and provide you shipping instructions to return your busted product.
Step 3 – Package the goods and send them back to us at:

Step 4 – We will either repair the items or provide a replacement product and ship it back to you.

For products purchased from an official authorised L1 Premium Outerwear dealer, customers must handle their warranty directly with the dealer from where they purchased their product.
