HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

Step 1:
Complete the online form 

 

Step 2:
Our customer service team will check your claim. If approved, we’ll confirm and provide you shipping instructions to return your busted product.  

 

Step 3:
Package the goods and send them back to us at:

Step 4:
We will either repair the items or provide a replacement product and ship it back to you.

 

Step 5:
Keep shredding.   

 

For products purchased from an official authorised L1 Premium Outerwear dealer, customers must handle their warranty directly with the dealer from where they purchased their product.
