Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
1. Application
This Returns Policy applies only to products purchased on l1premiumouterwear.com and shipped to EU member states. This policy does not apply to products purchased at authorised L1 Premium Outerwear dealers.
Customers who have purchased L1 Premium Outerwear products from an authorised dealer must speak with the authorised dealer from where they purchased their product.
This return policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your legal rights in the event of product defects (legal guarantee). 2. Return Period
You may return your product(s) within 14 DAYS of receiving your order.
3. Conditions for Return
Customers are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to excessive handling that was not necessary to examine the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods. Such a loss in value may occur, for example, if the product has been used beyond inspection as one would in a physical store setting, or it has been soiled, damaged or altered. Customers may be required to compensate Nitro for any loss in value. Nitro may make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss in value.
4. State of returned goods
Wherever possible we ask you to return the items as follows:
· All original tags and labels should be attached
- Items should be returned in their original packaging or similar protective packaging.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
As an option, we provide you with a GLS return label for a flat fee of 6,90 € for returns from EU Countries for each parcel or other shipping container. You can also organise the return shipment yourself using a logistics service provider of your choice.
For customers who have purchased their products in Europe but do not reside in continental Europe, the customer will be required to pay any customs and duties.
6. Exchanges
Currently it is not possible to exchange goods that are purchased on l1premiumouterwear.com website. Customers who wish to exchange products must first return their product to Nitro and then purchase the product they wish.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the assessment of your return and thus your refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of return. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
