How to return an item

This return guide applies only to purchases made directly on l1premiumouterwear.com

Step 1: Access the Returns Portal

To begin your return, go to our Returns Portal (INSERT LINK TO L1 RETURNS PORTAL WHEN LIVE). Enter your information and click “Find Order”.

Step 2: Select the items you wish to return

Choose the items and quantity you wish to return. Then select a reason for the return and finally click “Next”.

 NOTE: As we currently do not offer direct exchanges, the return type will default to "Return".

Step 3: Choose a Return Shipping Method

There are two options for returning your shipment.

Option A: Use a shipping provider of your own choice

Organise the return shipment yourself using a logistics service provider of your choice. Depending your country the return addresses are as follows:

Option B: Use a prepaid GLS return label provided by Nitro

If you do not wish to organise the shipping yourself, you can conveniently use the prepaid return label provided by GLS.

Step 4: Submit your return request

Click "Submit" in the Returns Portal to finalize your request. If you wish to use the GLS prepaid label, you will find the download link for your label on the confirmation page under the “Downloads” section.

Step 5: Send Your Return

Attach your labels and post your goods using your preferred method.

The cost of the return label will be deducted directly from your refund once the returned items have been inspected and approved.

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

 

Your refund will be returned to your original payment method.
