The new 20K/25K 3-layer shell provides excellent functionality and fashion, with essential features designed by riders, like its gender-neutral baggy fit, durability, and a new bamboo laminate that provides maximum comfort and protection at a minimum weight. Our newest and most technical, waterproof, breathable, 20k/25k lightweight fabric solution incorporates a new Bamboo Charcoal Membrane to help wicker moisture out faster while providing the protection and waterproofing to keep you out hiking and exploring the unknown longer. The Bamboo charcoal is created by heating bamboo at a high temperature, and then the charcoal itself is processed and mixed in with fabrics as part of the growing field of nanotechnology. Its benefits include superior absorption and deodorizing ability, far infrared radiation properties, and thermal regulation.

PFC-free DWR

As part of our commitment to improving our environmental footprint we have entirely switched from C6 DWR containing hazardous PFC’s (per- and poly-fluorinated chemicals) to PFC-free DWR on all our fabrics and styles that require a DWR coating. The importance of a cleaner textile process is fundamental in our journey to reducing our environmental footprint.

Recycled materials

A work in progress, we’ve set a goal to work towards having a line completely made of only fully recycled fabrics in the near future. As we start this journey, our main goal is to do our part in reducing the industry’s greater impact one step at a time.

Eco Yarn Lining

Our liners use an eco-friendly fabric—a waterless-dyed fabric produced without immersion in water. This process reduces CO₂ emissions and uses less energy to produce. It also helps improve the environmental balance of textiles throughout the product life cycle.
